Fortunate to be with the new CM on Independence Day which I never expected. I was prepared to move out any day my successor wanted. It is a chain reaction in our case. The transfer of the District Collectors was not deliberately delayed to take over during the auspicious Chingam, avoiding Karkidakam. Some have already joined. Some were making a last minute arrangements for boat race, Independence Day etc. I remained since had to settle so many accounts of projects like Anantha, Arteria etc and report to government.And also to start LA of airport before I move. Some unpleasant decisions like suspension of employees which I did in public interest only. I was also particular to join as Agriculture Director on Karshaka Dinam. Leaving office of DC tomorrow (17th August 2016). A Big thanks once again to all my well wishers.
